TouchTunes and Arachnid are now together, and that means the TouchTunes app you use for the jukebox will now be able to be used for the dartboard, too! There are a few Midstate bars beta-testing, and you’ll see more locations with TouchTunes pay enabled later in spring of 2026.
How does TouchTunes Pay work? Give me the CliffsNotes version.
Paying for dart games is simple:
- Scan the QR code on the BullShooter dartboard menu screen
- The TouchTunes app will open to TouchTunes Pay™
- Buy credits or use existing TouchTunes app credits and transfer them to the dartboard
- Start your dart game
Leftover credits will remain in your TouchTunes wallet and can be used to play music on the jukebox or for future dart games.

Where can I access TouchTunes Pay?
TouchTunes Pay™ is currently only available in select beta-testing locations. When TouchTunes Pay is available, you will see a QR code on the dartboard screen. Midstate has it active in a handful of locations to test out, and we’ll have it coming to more this spring.
I’m a bar owner – how does TouchTunes Pay affect me and my business?
Bars will still get their same share of the dartboard as they do with cash. The money paid through TouchTunes Pay will be like the money through the TouchTunes app for the jukebox. The fees for TouchTunes pay are taken out when you buy or transfer the credits. There is a credit card processing fee in addition to the TouchTunes fee which works out to about $0.08 for every $1, but that is paid by the players. This means that none of that is taken out of the bar’s share. The dartboard screen during your collection will show how much money was taken in for coin drop, league fees, and what was paid through TouchTunes Pay. Midstate will pay the bar for that amount at the collection and will get the money from TouchTunes in a direct deposit.
I’m a dart or pool league player – will this affect our league payouts?
Nope! The fees for TouchTunes pay are taken out when you buy or transfer the credits. There is a credit card processing fee in addition to the TouchTunes fee which works out to about $0.08 for every $1. This means that none of that is taken out of your league’s prize fund. It is all paid when you buy or transfer the credits through TouchTunes.
How can I use the TouchTunes app to make a payment on a BullShooter dartboard?
You can use the TouchTunes app to buy credits (or use your existing credits) and then redeem those credits on a BullShooter® dartboard through TouchTunes Pay™.
To transfer credits to a BullShooter dartboard from the TouchTunes app:
1. On the BullShooter dartboard screen, scan the TouchTunes Pay™ QR code using your device camera.
2. Enter the desired number of BullShooter credits you’d like to load onto the dartboard. The number of TouchTunes credits required will appear beneath it.
3. Tap “Transfer BullShooter credits” – if you don’t have enough credits, a prompt will appear to make a purchase through the TouchTunes app and buy more credits first.
4. The TouchTunes Pay experience will show a confirmation screen when the credits are successfully loaded onto the BullShooter® dartboard.
To load credits onto a BullShooter® dartboard, please ensure you are using the latest version of the TouchTunes app from the App Store® or Google Play Store®.
Can BullShooter® credits be returned to my TouchTunes account once they’ve been loaded onto a dartboard?
At this time, BullShooter® credits cannot be returned to your TouchTunes app wallet or converted back to TouchTunes credits once they’ve been loaded onto a dartboard using TouchTunes Pay™.
What payment method does TouchTunes accept?
The TouchTunes app accepts payments from the following sources:
