ENTRY FEE $55 + GREENS FEES $20 = TOTAL DUE $75
If you sign up with CASH or CHECK, the cost is $75 payable to Midstate Amusements. If you want to sign up and pay with a CREDIT CARD (only available if you played in a Midstate Amusements pool league!), there is an additional approximately 5% Paypal processing fee so the total is $79. If you played for another operator/vendor, you must sign up through that vendor. Any other entries for non-Midstate players will be refunded minus the $4 Paypal processing fee and you would need to sign up through your vendor before the deadline. If you don’t know if you are eligible to sign up here, please talk to the person who runs your league and does your league stats.
Your pool league must be WAMO sanctioned.
Division will be determined by CSR – Only Seniors may choose 2 of the 3 events.
All of your league matches must have been played on WAMO Pool Charter Holder (operator) pool tables.
All players must be 21 years old and play at least nine (9) league matches on different dates from 8/15/25 to 2/11/26.
Seniors must be 50 years of age on or before January 30 2026 and must show valid ID if age is challenged.
Be On Time!: All players must be ready to play at the start of their event time.

Entry fees must be paid in full when you sign up. Checks should be made payable to your WAMO Pool Charter Holder (operator/vendor) by 5pm on Friday, January 30th, 2026. So you played in a Midstate Amusements pool league; make checks payable to Midstate Amusements for the amount of your entries. Do not make checks out to WAMO. All entries include a $10 admin fee. Late Entries may be accepted but are not guaranteed. A $50 late fee applies.
Your WAMO Pool Charter Holder (operator) must verify your eligibility to WAMO in a timely manner. Make sure you have entered all your matches into Compusport so your games count!
