In order to sign up for NDA Team Dart, fill out the the forms and bring them to our office by the deadline OR sign up and pay through our website (only if you’re a Midstate Amusement Games player). Download the registration forms in the Captain’s Book here https://ndadarts.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Reg-Forms.pdf and pay via check or cash. Instead of using paper rosters, sign up via our website and pay with a credit card or Paypal after January 5th. We can only accept entry forms from players from Midstate Amusements dart leagues. ENTRIES MUST BE IN OUR OFFICE BY 5PM ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27th. Afterward, late entries will be subject to a $25 late fee per event. If you did not play on Midstate Amusements Games equipment or in a Midstate Amusement Games league, then you must sign up through your vendor. See the registration form for more information.
