Teams that need to reschedule must contact opposing team by 6pm the night before league day. Match must be made up within 1 month of the original scheduled date unless other arrangements have been made with Alicia. No call/no show results in a forfeit; calling to cancel the morning of league results in a forfeit.
This league is WAMO & NDA sanctioned. The $18 fee per player that shot 3 weeks or more will be deducted from the end of the year prize money to pay for WAMO/NDA sanctioning. This fee is assessed for players that only shot in Sunday AM league when possible.
