Lodging: WAMO has worked with Explore LaCrosse to secure special rates for pool players at several local hotels, with a variety of room sizes to accommodate players that wish to room alone, bring their families or split rooms.

Wednesday 2/26 – Doors open at 11am
Senior Singles – Noon start time
9-Ball Singles – Noon start time
Thursday 2/27 – Doors open at 7am
Men’s Singles – 8am
Women’s Singles – 8am
(All players must be ready at start time as it is Continuous Play and matches will be scheduled when table and opponent become available)
Scotch Doubles Sign-up Begins at 5pm (Must be eliminated from Singles Event)
(One male, One Female), Players must be registered in the tournament to play.
Friday 2/28 – Doors open at 7am
Scotch Doubles – 8am
Singles Finals (if needed) – 8am
Men’s Team – 1pm (Round Robin)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Players must have played all league matches on a WAMO Pool Charter Holder’s tables. Verification by Charter Holder is required.
2. Players must have played in at least nine (9) league matches on different dates from 8/15/2024 to the tournament entry deadline (1/31/25).
3. All players must be 21 years of age.
4. SENIOR SINGLES: Male or Female Player, 50 years of age on or before January 31, 2025. Players must have driver’s license, birth certificate, or photo ID. for proof of age if challenged. Illegal entrants will be banned from play for 3 years. ANY PLAYER ENTERING THE SENIORS EVENT MAY ALSO ENTER THE SINGLES EVENT.
5. Base fee includes $5 administration fee
6. Any entry received after the Jan. 31, 2025 deadline will be charged a $25.00 late fee. (Based on availability in their Division.)
7. Tournament director reserves the right to move any player up based on availability. To be in the Tournament Players Area, you must be 21 years or older.
REMINDERS FOR PLAY IN 2024 WAMO POOL TOURNAMENT
1. Match Announcements. We will not be calling any matches from the Scorers’ tables. All matches for all events will be posted on the CompuSport phone App and also on the Kiosks located throughout the venue. Please be sure that you are using the App and not the website. The phone App and Kiosks will update instantly, but the website will not.
2. Scotch Doubles. Entries will be taken up until the end of play on Thursday 2/27/25 and will be bracketed in even numbers of 8 teams. Play will start 8:00AM Friday morning (3/1/25). All participants must be present and ready to play at 8:00 AM on Friday.
3. Hard Luck Team’s. We will only take enough teams to fill the empty tables we have so get you your entry in early. We will know how many teams we will take when we start taking the entries.
