In order to sign up for NDA Team Dart, fill out the the forms and bring them to our office by the deadline OR sign up and pay through our website (only if you’re a Midstate Amusement Games player). The deadline for NDA Team Dart Registration for Midstate Amusements Dart Players is DEADLINE TBD. Download the registration forms in the Captain’s Book here LINK TO BE ADDED and pay via check or cash. Instead of using paper rosters, sign up via our website and pay with a credit card or Paypal after DATE TBD. We can only accept entry forms from players from Midstate Amusements dart leagues. ENTRIES MUST BE IN OUR OFFICE BY 5PM ON FRIDAY, DEADLINE TBD. Afterward, late entries will be subject to a $25 late fee per event. If you did not play on Midstate Amusements Games equipment or in a Midstate Amusement Games league, then you must sign up through your vendor. See the registration form for more information.
