The 41st Annual WAMO State Dart Tournament will be May 13-17, 2025. Deadlines:
Deadline to get your games played by is March 1st, 2026. Then the deadline to sign up is March 6. In order to make sure your entry is accepted, you must have your entry AND payment in full into our Fond du Lac office by the deadline! If you played for another vendor, not Midstate Amusements, you must sign up through your vendor. We can only accept sign ups if you played in a league run by Midstate Amusement Games. Download the entry forms, fill them out, and pay by cash or check. Your entries must be in our office by Friday, March 6th. We will not accept any entries without payment in full! If you did not play in a Midstate league, you must sign up through the vendor/operator who runs your dart leagues. Please check the top of your league schedule for your vendor’s name and contact information.

GUIDELINES FOR TEAM ENTRY & TOURNAMENT PLAY
- All players must be 21 years of age at the tournament. Players must be 21 years of age when they played their qualifying games games and have picture ID showing Birth Date available at the tournament.
- Each player MUST HAVE 60 OR MORE GAMES BY MARCH 1ST.
- All players on a team/doubles must have played together in the same league system (ex. you all played in Midstate Amusements dart leagues, not necessarily in the same league or city).
- A team may use up to six players (all from the same league system). Doubles may use up to 3 players (all from the same league system). The team will be classed by the statistics of the four best players. Doubles will be classed by the statistics of the best two players.
- A Person may register to play on more than 1 team but may only play on 1 team per event. If a player is found playing or to have played on more than one team in any event, both teams may be disqualified; all players may be banned from play for 3 years.
- Any players/teams expelled from the tournament for any reason will not be eligible for refunds or prize money. All players on that team may be restricted from playing in the following year’s tournament.
SIGN UP ONLINE – MIDSTATE LEAGUE PLAYERS ONLY
If you played in a Midstate Amusements dart league this year and qualified with 60 games, you can sign up through our website and pay with a credit card instead of paper with cash or check. There is a Paypal credit card processing fee for entries paid online.
