Benefits Of a Professional Operator

Midstate Amusement games is committed to providing the best quality service to all our customers. Well-staffed with experienced technicians, we have parts readily available when any service issues may arise. Our office in Fond du Lac is open from 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday; please call us if you have any service concerns or questions. For immediate service on nights and weekends, our on-call technicians are available until midnight.
Midstate Amusements will keep you informed of the ever-changing local, state and national tax laws that apply to coin-operated games. Providing equipment security is something only a seasoned operator can accomplish.
Accountability and data analysis of game performance by computerization of meter readings is something a top operator can provide at no extra charge. A wide variety of reports tailored to suit each location is possible (and reports help with end-of-year tax preparation).
